Token Launch Update and New Principles for Community Communication

Dear Vultisquad,
We have heard and understand your frustration over recent token launch delay announcements. We are taking action to improve transparency in our communications and show respect to the Vultisquad.

As you know, we made a commitment to launch $VULT on a centralized exchange (CEX) 24 hours following our DEX launch. Vultisig is a long-term project bringing direct value to token holders. You can launch a token only once and aCEX launch can be key to sustaining momentum following the launch; it brings new users to Vultisig and more eyes (and price discovery) to the $VULT token. And that is before we consider the marketing power that the right partners bring to the table.

These benefits, however, have one simple compromise that we would ask everyone to understand.

The timing of a CEX launch is not 100% within our control; our CEX partners are a major decision-maker in when a token will launch on their platform, and they have processes that have timelines of their own. Although we have worked closely with all parties involved to estimate these timelines as accurately as possible, they are still just estimations. We need to stop doing this because when we are wrong (and have been), it creates anticipation and potentially disappointment.

So, rather than talk about dates, let’s talk about a timeline:

1. Once we have a firm launch date from our CEX partners, fully signed off, we count back 24 hours, and this will be a firm and irrevocable DEX launch date.
2. We will confirm this to the community within 24 hours of receiving this date from our partners.
3. Our partners will use their considerable marketing muscle, supported by full engagement from the Vultisquad, to build momentum before the launch.

We are being honest and transparent. Where we do not know something with 100 percent certainty, we will not say it.
So, no more estimates; total honesty and transparency with the Vultisquad and a commitment that you will always be the first to know when we have facts to communicate.

Vultisig is a great product and Vutlisquad a great community. With the right partners and a supportive community, we have an opportunity to become the defining infrastructure for the agentic AI economy, with a marketplace and ecosystem like no other self-custodial wallet. We want to have the most successful launch possible, and we are working hard every day to deliver this along with bringing new innovation to the Vultisig platform.
